Your Rights
Law Firm Clients: You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. To close your account, contact us at support@preintake.ai.
Website Visitors: If you've submitted information through a PreIntake.ai widget, please contact the law firm directly regarding your data rights, as they are the data controller for intake submissions.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have specific rights regarding their personal information. Because we do not retain inquiry data and our law firm clients control their own account data, most CCPA rights should be directed to the applicable law firm.
International Users (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have rights under GDPR. Our minimal data retention practices—especially our policy of not retaining inquiry data—are designed to respect privacy by default.
